Biography:

Paul is the Director of Development for The Nature Conservancy's Colorado Chapter. He is responsible for generating resources for initiatives in Colorado as well as The Conservancy's global priorities, ranging from Coral Reef conservation to climate change to our "Great Rivers Project" in China. See nature.org for details on the work of The Nature Conservancy. Before joining The Nature Conservancy, Paul served as an associate professor and an administrator at the University of Colorado, teaching courses in public sector and non-profit management. He authored numerous academic articles and a book on educational governance. Dr. Bauman continues to consult for public agencies in the Western U.S, focusing on public agency ethics and values.
