Dave Williams is project engineer at Shell Oil Products – Martinez Refinery in California. He administers major capital projects primarily at the refinery with process, environmental, and safety justifications. He coordinates with a variety of disciplines to help provide consistent on time, on budget projects.

Prior to his current position, he worked as a project engineer for Procter & Gamble Product Development in Cincinnati, OH. He has managed an international marketing trade firm in Atlanta, GA. Dave also led the initiative to develop an Engineers Without Borders (EWB) chapter at Georgia Institute of Technology. In addition, he participated on the EWB Haitian project reconnaissance team in November of 2002.

Raised in Kentucky, Dave now lives in the San Francisco Bay Area. Dave works closely with Shell Oil’s group – Project Better World that is involved in technical volunteer service, environmental awareness, and assistance in long-term environmental projects.
