Rural Energy Enterprise Development in Brazil

The B-REED approach offers rural energy entrepreneurs, existing companies, or new projects a combination of enterprise development services and early stage financing. This includes training, business plan / project development, financial planning and structuring, and assistance in obtaining co-financing, with the goal of developing promising businesses. For start-ups, this enables them to transform their business plans into early stage companies capable of accessing additional financing. For existing renewable energy companies, the early stage capital allows a company to expand and / or professionalize its operations. Lastly, larger renewable energy projects could benefit from B-REED via catalytic pre-investment stage capital that allows a project to move forward.
