Community Productive Use Platform

Art Lilley, a co-founder of CPC, is a mechanical engineer with an MBA and 26 years senior management experience with Westinghouse and 9 years with CPC. Mr. Lilley has 19 years experience in the commercialization of renewable energy technologies. He has been in-volved in the electrification of nine off-grid villages in four countries. Mr. Lilley has served as Chairman of United States Export Council for Renewable Energy and as a board member of the American Wind Energy Association. He is an advisor to the National Renewable En-ergy Laboratory for its Renewables for Sustainable Village Power program. He is also Chairman of Productive Rural Enterprise, a for-profit Philippine company that hires rural people to make and sell products using renewable energy, mainly biopower.
