crossing frontiers:building powerful North-south solidarity movements for corporate accountability

Kathy Partridge, Managing Director of Global Response, is a social justice
activist experienced in non-profit management, progressive grantmaking,
cross-cultural communication, and community organizing. She is keenly
interested in promoting democracy and self-determination through grassroots
action. She joined the Global Response team after ten years as a Program
Officer at the Needmor Fund, where her accomplishments included
co-authorship of the National Network of Grantmakers' Common Grant
Application. Her academic field is Peace and Conflict Studies, in which she
holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado and is completing a Master's in
Liberal Studies at Regis University. Kathy is also a long-time radio
producer and host of public affairs programs, and is active in progressive
media work. She lives in an intentional rural community where she enjoys
organic farming, wilderness activities, and spending time with her loved
ones.
