Introduction for Martin Fisher

Mr. Bruno is the eighteenth person to serve as City Manager since the Council-Manager form of government was adopted by Boulder citizens in 1918. Having worked in local government and redevelopment in both the public and private sectors over the past twenty-two years, Frank brings a fresh perspective and depth to the position. Mr. Bruno earned an M.S. in Human Resources Management and Labor Relations, as well as a B.A. in Environmental Studies. Frank has worked for the past thirteen years with the City of Fort Collins, Colorado - initially as Economic Development Director and for the past eight years as an Assistant City Manager. Frank was born and raised in New York City and worked for several years converting a naval base along the New York waterfront into a thriving business complex. As a life-long distance runner, Frank is looking forward to the trails and challenges of the Boulder Community
