Part of addressing the issue of worldwide poverty is to raise up the living standards of those who have unclean water and malnutrition. The other side of the coin has to do with reframing the lifestyles of the rich nations from waste to luxury. In this experiential workshop we will explore what makes us rich and what makes us poor with an eye to shifting our life and understanding to empower our sense of self and deepen our appreciation of others. Five strategies for living and their impact on our sense of “richness” and” poverty” will be explored along with recommendations to create balance in the world.
