Leilani Rashida Henry, M.A.

Founder of Being and Living Enterprises, is a pioneer in bringing innovative strategies to organization transformation. Her experiential processes bring excitement and results to tough organizational challenges. She was a Human Resource professional at Honeywell, an internal Organizational Development (OD) consultant at Lockheed Martin and Jones Intercable Manager of Training and Organizational Development. She is known for her use of international movement technologies such as Brain Gym®, Playback Theater and her lifetime experience in the performing arts to enable individuals and organizations to confront obstacles and harness power to imagine and move effortlessly toward their desired future.
