Susan
Skjei - President of SaneSystems, a management consulting firm
specializing in organizational change and leadership development. Director
of the Authentic Leadership program at Naropa University and co-founder
of the Shambhala Institute, Susan works with non-profit organizations
and NGOs to help them bring their visions into reality. Susan is also the
co-captain of the peace track and facilitator of the emerging leader program
at the conference.
