EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION KIT*

*EXHIBITOR LOADING & UNLOADING UPDATE:

CU will be sectioning off a block of the Euclid Auto lot (see PDF kit for directions) for unloading and loading on Thursday morning (7am-1pm) and on Sunday afternoon (2-8pm).

REGISTRATION

• The SR Expo is free and open to the general public - registration is NOT necessary for staff to tend their booths.

• Included in Paid Exhibit Booths is ONE FREE TRANSFERABLE registration to the main conference. If you are interested in having more than one of your staff attending the keynotes and sessions at any one time, please register them separately.

• We are sold out of Exhibit Spaces for 2004. Please check back in January and book early for next year!

EXPO SCHEDULE*

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 30TH: 12noon - 6pm (set-up starts at 8am, Thurs morning)

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 1st: 8am - 5pm

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 2nd: 8am - 5pm

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 3rd: 11am - 5pm (breakdown from 5-7pm on Sunday)

Exhibit Fees*

* All exhibitor tables and booths include one free transferable registration (a value of up to $400!)
With each exhibit registration, we include the following:

• Table and chair
• Table cloth
• Electricity
• One full conference registration

Included in the 8’x8’ booth is an option to buy 2 more conference registrations for half price, and with the 5’x8’ booth, one extra half price conference registration.

All exhibitors will have a free listing in the program guide, and discounted advertising rates.
