SR4 Cancellation & Refund Policy :
All refund and transfer requests must be made in writing (via fax or mail) to SR4.

• Cancellations received on or before September 12, 2004 will be refunded in full, minus a $25 processing fee per event/registrant.   Registration transfers will be processed until Sept. 12, at no charge.
• Cancellations received between September 13 – 28, 2004 will be refunded at a rate of 50% for each event.
• After September 28, 2004 no refunds will be granted.
  

All refunds will be processed on or after October 10, 2004.
