We are happy to announce that we are working with SpaceShare, a non-profit, resource-sharing advocacy group based in CA.  SpaceShare’s web-based matching software will enable conference participants to save money and share hotel rooms.  So if you have a limited travel budget and would like to share a hotel room with another conference participant, please click on the link below and fill out the required information.

Hotels and Motels

Several local hotels have agreed to reserve a limited number of rooms for Sustainable Resources 2004 participants. Please be aware that Boulder is a popular tourist destination, and hotel availability tends to fill up quickly and far in advance. We strongly suggest that participants secure housing as soon as possible.

We have listed a number of hotels below, with information about each of them, including the discounted rates which we have negotiated for SR 2004 participants. Please be aware that hotel rates are subject to change depending on time of reservation and that reservations made less than one month in advance may be subject to higher rates and/or limited availability.

Also: Room tax is not included in the rates below. Please take into consideration that an average of 9-10% tax will be added to your daily rate.

This is a good choice for budget conscious travels.  It’s also a great way to meet and interact with more of your conference peers in a social atmosphere outside of the conference.  The hostel is about a 10 minute walk from the CU Boulder campus.  Make your reservation early since space is limited.

This hotel located near Highway 36 and Table Mesa Drive. The 'DASH' bus route runs every 15 minutes on weekdays between the hotel and CU Campus.  (On weekends the bus service runs every 30-60 minutes).
